Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer experience – providing expert advice and assistance via email, live chat, calls, and social media
Resolve customer complaints efficiently – ensuring timely and effective solutions to maintain high satisfaction levels
Support the dispatch team – making outbound calls to customers and coordinating with the delivery schedule
Keep customers informed – providing relevant and up-to-date information at every stage of their order
Liaise with couriers and internal teams – working closely with dispatch, sales, and purchasing to resolve queries promptly
Encourage customer reviews – promoting engagement on Trustpilot and social media
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in a customer support, contact centre, or customer-facing role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach
Excellent literacy skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and general ICT systems
Organised, self-motivated, and able to take ownership of tasks
A problem-solving mindset with a commitment to following issues through to resolution
A positive and professional team player with high integrity
