Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day office functions, provide reception coverage, manage calls and inquiries, greet visitors, coordinate meetings, and handle mail/shipping services

Act as liaison with building management and vendors, maintain office appearance and functionality, manage supplies, support compliance programs, and oversee seating/floorplans

Prepare workspaces for new hires, manage ID card access, complete I-9 verifications, and conduct office tours

Partner with the global Corporate Services team, contribute to firmwide initiatives, and assist with onsite events

Required
