Responsibilities

Own and drive the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for AML, fraud detection, and compliance platforms
Collaborate closely with engineering, data, compliance, and business stakeholders to translate regulatory and business needs into actionable product requirements
Lead Agile product development activities, including user story creation, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization
Leverage data and analytics to identify financial crime patterns, improve risk detection, and enhance compliance outcomes
Act as a key liaison with internal teams and external stakeholders, including financial institutions, compliance officers, and regulators

Required

6+ years of product management experience within Financial Crime Compliance (FCC), AML, fraud detection, or RegTech
Hands-on experience with AML and fraud platforms such as transaction monitoring, case management, and sanctions screening systems
Strong understanding of financial crime risk management, AML solutions, and transaction monitoring platforms
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks including BSA, AMLD, KYC, and sanctions compliance
Experience with AI-driven AML solutions, behavioral analytics, and risk-scoring models
Working knowledge of data analytics tools such as SQL, Python, or Tableau for compliance reporting and insights
Proven experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, SAFe)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product vision and roadmaps

Preferred

Relevant certifications such as ACAMS, CFE, ICA Diploma in AML, or equivalent
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus
