Responsibilities
Develop and maintain user-facing applications within Mployer’s platform
Focus on Microsoft Blazor and the .NET ecosystem
Build reliable, performant web applications that consume data and analytics services
Contribute to shared application patterns
Collaborate closely with data and platform engineers
Use AI-assisted development tools to improve development speed and quality
Qualification
Required
Professional experience building and maintaining web applications in a production environment
Strong experience with Microsoft Blazor and the .NET ecosystem
Experience consuming APIs and working with data-intensive application workflows
Understanding of web application performance, reliability, and security fundamentals
Regular use of AI-assisted coding tools as part of development workflows
Ability to collaborate effectively across engineering and product teams
Strong attention to code quality, testing, and maintainability
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
Preferred
Experience in analytics, healthcare, benefits, or regulated environments
