Leading/directing at least 3-4 total post-acquisition accounting ERP integrations

Integrating ERP systems (QuickBooks and/or Sage)

Leading at least three or four end to end operational accounting integrations

Building in a fast-moving environment

Qualification

Required

5-10 years of experience in accounting, corporate finance, or a related field

Strong technical accounting skills (US GAAP, reporting, controls)

Hands-on experience integrating ERP systems (QuickBooks and/or Sage is a big plus)

Prior work in M&A integration leading at least three or four end to end operational accounting integrations — especially in smaller, fast-moving environments

Industry experience in civil engineering, energy or construction is a must
