Responsibilities

Provide quotes, product details, and order information to customers and Sales reps

Respond promptly to inquiries about pricing, order status, and customized product options

Support outside Sales Representatives with account-specific tasks and customer needs

Engage customers to drive reorders and additional business opportunities

Meet deadlines, quotas, and proactive outreach goals

Set up sales programs for recurring orders and seasonal or promotional needs

Create and maintain special pricing agreements, including rebates and custom pricing structures

Ensure accurate entry and tracking of customer-specific pricing programs

Assist in managing designated key accounts, ensuring timely communication and seamless customer experience

Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and guarantee on-time fulfillment

Maintain detailed records, updated spreadsheets, and accurate customer data

Support continuous improvement efforts for workflow, communication, and customer satisfaction
