Areti Group is a B Corp™ company seeking a Senior Pega Developer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Pega-based solutions. This role involves partnering with business units and technical teams to create scalable applications while supporting production systems and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Staffing & Recruiting

Responsibilities

Research, analyze, and resolve production incidents related to Pega orchestrations
Deliver “run-the-business” backlog items and enhancements within Pega applications
Design, develop, and maintain complex Pega solutions in alignment with platform best practices
Develop unit tests and ensure adequate code coverage to validate business logic and functionality
Participate in the creation of technical specifications, user stories, and solution designs
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and recommend effective solutions
Assist in the development of logical and physical system specifications
Document application designs, issues, solutions, and best practices (tips and tricks)
Provide after-hours production support as required

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or High School Diploma/GED with equivalent relevant work experience
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on Pega software development experience
At least 3 years of experience with SQL and reporting
At least 3 years of experience implementing integrations, including REST, SOAP, File Listener, MQ, and error handling
Pega CSA (Certified System Architect) certification
Experience with Pega Platform 8
Specialization in a functional area (e.g., CRM, deployment) or relevant industry domain expertise
Experience with software architecture and SOA-based services implementation

Preferred

Experience with JavaScript, Node.js, and React.js
DevOps experience, including CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
Healthcare industry experience
