Sr. Staff Accountant
SIB is a growing, multi-entity organization seeking a detail-driven and collaborative Senior Accountant to join their Finance team. The role involves ensuring accurate financial reporting, supporting month-end close, and strengthening internal controls across multiple entities while collaborating with cross-functional partners to provide reliable financial insights.

Responsibilities
Prepare journal entries and perform account reconciliations
Support month-end close activities across multiple entities
Assist with consolidations and multi-entity reporting
Prepare routine financial schedules and management reports
Process vendor invoices with accurate GL coding
Assist with vendor onboarding (W-9s, ACH setup)
Review and process credit card expenses for policy compliance
Process deposits and apply cash to customer accounts
Assist with AR reconciliations and monitor outstanding receivables
Maintain documentation related to credits, adjustments, and billing activity
Maintain audit documentation for internal and external reviews
Follow established internal controls and accounting procedures
Enter and maintain data in NetSuite and related accounting systems
Support workflow and process improvements across Finance, HR, Tech, and Operations
Assist with payroll-related entries (reimbursements, commissions)
Coordinate with HR on employee updates impacting financial processing
Respond to ad hoc requests from the Assistant Controller, Controller, or CFO
Participate in department-wide initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
4+ years of accounting experience, ideally in a multi-entity or shared services environment
Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP
Experience with accounting software (NetSuite preferred)
Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables)
Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
High attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities
