Responsibilities

Enter gas service record information into GIS systems using ESRI ArcGIS based on field redlined drawings and SAP Work Management System data
Validate and verify the accuracy and quality of gas service records within GIS and SAP systems
Update GIS data layers and system attributes to ensure precise representation of gas distribution assets
Review design specifications, graphic representations, and attribute fields for completeness and accuracy
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, field personnel, and customers to resolve data issues and meet production deadlines
Correct data attributes, asset locations, and related information as needed based on design or field changes
Follow established procedures, documentation standards, and workflow processes to ensure consistency across all updates
Maintain productivity and quality performance to meet team goals
Perform work effectively in a virtual/remote environment while remaining available for onsite visits when required

Qualification

Required

Working knowledge of GIS concepts, practices, and tools, especially ESRI ArcGIS
Familiarity with utilities or gas field operations
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and commonly used office tools
Ability to follow detailed instructions and established guidelines
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Capability to work independently in a virtual/remote setting
Positive attitude and willingness to learn new systems and responsibilities

Preferred

Experience with SAP or other Work Management Systems
Customer service or stakeholder coordination experience
Background in utilities, gas service records, or engineering documentation
