Responsibilities

Greet clients, visitors, and vendors warmly, creating a positive first impression for everyone entering the facility
Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette, directing inquiries efficiently and courteously
Handle data entry tasks accurately, including logging visitor information and updating client records using Microsoft Office tools
Provide exceptional customer support by addressing questions, resolving issues, and offering helpful information promptly
Assist with client services by scheduling appointments, managing walk-in traffic, and coordinating follow-up communications
Support cash handling procedures when processing payments or transactions at the front desk
Maintain a clean, organized reception area to ensure a professional environment at all times

Required

Multilingual skills or bilingual proficiency in English and other languages are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally across various channels
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills for data entry and record keeping
Demonstrated phone etiquette and outbound calling experience to engage with clients proactively
Excellent analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions quickly

Preferred

Previous experience in call center environments or customer support roles is preferred
Experience in customer service, client relations, or front desk operations is advantageous
