Responsibilities
Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks related to shipments and logistics
Communicate with customers on a daily basis, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional customer service
Coordinate and set up shipments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery for our customers
Assist customers with any shipping concerns, providing resolutions and maintaining customer satisfaction
Cross-departmental aid and support
Keep customers updated on all relevant shipment matters, including tracking information and delivery status
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service
Ability to work Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm in our downtown Miami office
Basic knowledge in MS Office Hands-on experience with customer service
Preferred
Strong multitasking abilities and the capability to handle time-sensitive deadlines
Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication
Prior experience in logistics or a related field would be advantageous
Accuracy and attention to detail
Strong problem-solving skills
