Responsibilities

Support digital marketing initiatives for multiple hospitality properties

Manage and update content across websites (Umbraco CMS) and email campaigns (Iterable)

Build, deploy, and optimize email and web content using approved assets

Collaborate cross-functionally with property teams, hospitality marketing, and technology partners

Apply audience segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing to improve engagement

Monitor campaign performance and troubleshoot issues with internal teams and vendors

Assist with upcoming website refresh projects and new site launches

Ensure content accuracy, brand alignment, and a seamless customer experience

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field

Entry-level to mid-level (recent grads welcome if skilled and eager to learn)

Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms and CMS tools (Umbraco preferred)

Strong eye for detail—able to spot errors and ensure content reads naturally for customers

Comfortable working in a matrixed organization and collaborating across teams

Ability to balance creative storytelling with accuracy and brand compliance

Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred

Familiarity with tools like Wrike (project management) and Iterable (email) is a plus

Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles (preferred)

Adobe Photoshop experience is a plus

Bonus: Hospitality or hotel industry experience
