Strategic Account Manager

Responsibilities
Drive growth in manufacturing for healthcare applications within the US market
Manage day-to-day project activities across manufacturing sites to ensure a seamless customer experience
Identify new project opportunities and expand Lincotek’s footprint as a contract manufacturer for medical devices
Develop and execute strategic sales targets aligned with company objectives
Take ownership of the sales quota, ensuring performance meets or exceeds targets
Lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings, aligning cross-functional stakeholders on goals and expectations
Serve as the primary liaison between customers and manufacturing teams to ensure project success and customer satisfaction
Establish and manage supply agreements, including contract negotiations and terms
Oversee parts pricing strategy, balancing profitability with market competitiveness
Manage day-to-day project activities across manufacturing sites to ensure seamless customer experience

Aligning cross-functional stakeholders on goals and expectations. Work closely with Regional and Global Sales Operations as needed to make sure the business is tracked and remain stable
Serve as the primary liaison between customers and manufacturing teams to ensure project success and customer satisfaction
Establish and manage supply agreements, including contract negotiations and terms
Suggest parts pricing strategy, balancing profitability with market competitiveness
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (B. A. or B. S.) from a four-year college or university; over two years relevant experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
3-5 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably within the additive manufacturing or medical device industry
Strong ability to manage projects and cross-functional teams in a manufacturing setting
Excellent communication skills to connect with customers and internal stakeholders
Experience in contract negotiation and pricing strategy development
Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably within the additive manufacturing or medical device industry
Excellent communication skills, including well developed written, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation abilities
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
Experience with calculating price of goods sold
Understanding of design, development, and marketing quotes and prices
Ability to solve practical mathematical problems using spreadsheets, calculators, and collaborations with engineering and finance
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
