Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with major card schemes (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx) in the U.S
Lead commercial negotiations and manage lifecycle of acquiring bank partnerships
Initiate and execute strategic deals with U.S.-based fintechs
Coordinate internal teams to ensure seamless go-live of new initiatives
Monitor partnership performance, identify growth opportunities, and conduct market research for innovative solutions

Required

7+ years of experience in strategic partnership management within FI, fintech, or payment services in the U.S. market
Proven track record in negotiating and establishing partnerships with financial institutions or fintechs
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Results-driven, detail-oriented, with excellent project management abilities
A strategic thinker with a passion for building long-term partnerships
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment
Customer-centric, analytical, detail-oriented
Ability to juggle several projects and shift priorities as needed
Exhibiting a creative and innovative, forward-thinking approach to problem-solving
Ability to stay calm and collected and focus on solving problems
Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, presentation, negotiating and organizational skills
Understanding of software development lifecycle process
Fluent in English, both in writing and speaking
