Responsibilities
Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility
Work closely with engineering teams to deliver solutions built on microservices, APIs, and AWS-based architectures
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, manage priorities, and communicate product roadmaps
Leverage data, analytics, and customer insights to drive informed product decisions and improvements
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable requirements for development teams and leadership
Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, system engineers, QA, marketing, and operations) to ensure successful product delivery across the full lifecycle
Support agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives
Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities, and proactively address issues impacting delivery
Drive continuous improvement by incorporating feedback, performance data, and emerging technologies such as generative AI and machine learning
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Product Development, Industrial or Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
5+ years of experience as a Product Owner with a proven track record of managing products end-to-end
Experience in high-tech, software, or broadband wireline/wireless/telecommunications industries strongly preferred
Strong technical knowledge of software development, including microservices, APIs, and AWS (AWS certification is a plus)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts clearly
Experience with data analytics, machine learning, prompt engineering, and/or generative AI technologies is highly desirable
Hands-on experience working within scaled agile environments
Familiarity with tools and frameworks such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
Preferred
Agile certifications such as SAFe POPM, Scrum.org PSPO I, or CSPO are preferred
