Responsibilities
Assisting clients in buying and selling residential real estate
Preparing market analyses
Conducting property showings
Negotiating offers
Guiding clients through all stages of the sales process
Building and maintaining client relationships
Staying informed about the local market
Conducting outreach and marketing efforts to grow the client base
Qualification
Required
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client consultations and relationship-building
Proven ability in sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management
Knowledge of residential real estate transactions, market trends, and property assessments
Proficiency in marketing strategies, including social media, networking, and community engagement
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
Licensed or willingness to obtain a real estate license in Minnesota
Access to reliable transportation for client meetings and property showings
Preferred
Experience with real estate software systems and CRM platforms is a plus
