Responsibilities
Aligning people strategy with business goals — partnering with senior leadership to ensure HR supports AGCO’s business priorities, Including change management
Workforce planning — forecasting talent needs, succession planning, and organizational design
Talent management — leadership development, performance management, and capability building across global teams
Employee relations — advising leaders, ensuring compliance, and maintaining a healthy workplace culture
Site leadership - Corporate HR Support and Duluth site HR leadership
Qualification
Required
BS or BA degree required, preferably in Human Resources, Business, or related field
Minimum of 5 years HR Business Partner experience
Ability to independently problem solve and identify opportunities for optimization
Strong focus on employee engagement and engagement activities
Minimum of 3 years managing HR projects, implementations, or technology launches
Preferred
MBA, or HR Certification such as PHR, SPHR, or GHPR preferred
