Responsibilities
Develop and execute the commercial strategy to drive market adoption and revenue growth
Lead sales, marketing, and business development initiatives
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, distributors, and strategic partners
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategy
Collaborate with the executive team to align commercial initiatives with product development and regulatory milestones
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and with key opinion leaders
Qualification
Required
Deep knowledge and experience in echocardiography and/or cardiovascular imaging
Proven track record in scaling medtech or healthcare startups
Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Preferred
Experience with FDA-regulated medical devices is a plus
