Responsibilities

Own budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling for assigned business units
Oversee P&L and General Ledger review and analysis
Lead portions of annual and quarterly planning cycles
Support recurring financial cycles including month‑end, quarter‑end, and forecast updates
Prepare and deliver financial reporting packages, including revenue, margin, and cost insights
Provide value‑added management reporting on trends, performance drivers, and business risks
Support executive‑level business reviews with clear, concise financial insights
Conduct ad‑hoc analysis and special projects to support leadership decision‑making
Serve as a strategic partner to business unit and operational leaders
Provide recommendations that influence financial planning, resource allocation, and growth decisions
Support sales or functional teams with budgeting guidance and compensation modeling as needed
Build strong relationships across Finance and operational teams to enhance financial outcomes
Drive continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy, reporting quality, and analytical processes
Ensure compliance with financial reporting requirements and internal policies
Maintain the ability to manage recurring deliverables in parallel with time‑sensitive, ad‑hoc requests

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
4+ years of experience in FP&A—including budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and variance analysis
5+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance roles with leadership exposure
Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities; comfortable working with complex P&Ls
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including experience presenting to senior leaders
Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
Highly collaborative, able to build consensus across cross‑functional teams
Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment
Strong prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
Demonstrated ability to navigate recurring financial cycles while supporting evolving business needs

Preferred

MBA, CPA, CMA
Experience in a services‑driven, technology‑driven, or project‑based business environment is strongly preferred
Experience supporting or analyzing multiple business units or complex operational structures
