Customer Support Specialist
Net2Source (N2S) is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to engage with consumers regarding their inquiries about products and services. The role involves managing consumer inquiries, directing calls, and performing various administrative tasks to enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
The Consumer Affairs Associate addresses consumer inquiries about our products, distillery, and tours to gain raving fans; directs all outside calls to the proper personnel; tracks consumer inquiries; mails swag and rebates to consumers; and performs other needed tasks
