Safeguard Properties is a company focused on managing properties and vendor recruitment. The Vendor Recruiter is responsible for managing recruiting leads, conducting phone calls, and guiding vendors through the application and onboarding process.

Responsibilities

Review current open requisitions, follow-up and keep track of assigned in-process candidates

Utilize Archer to find applicants and identify viable vendors

Utilize all other sources of recruiting leads and identify viable vendors if there are no matches in Archer

Identify vendors for hard to place areas; cold-call as needed to generate applications into system

Make outgoing phone calls to contact viable vendors and process through to completion of application

Complete incoming phone calls to answer vendor questions and process through to completion of application

Complete pre-screening calls with viable vendors

Demonstrate appropriate level of knowledge for assigned service line(s)

Send out necessary items to help vendors start the onboarding process

Manage assigned leads with Archer lead management application

Manage dashboard of open requisitions – created through Archer

Meet daily call production requirements

Meet lead SLA requirements

Work to ensure there are no open requisitions more than 30 days old

Respond to e-mails, SPI messages, v-mails within 24-48 hours

Other duties as assigned
