Contact Center AI Specialist - Local PA
InstantServe Healthcare is seeking a skilled Contact Center AI Specialist to design and deploy AI-driven solutions for Dynamics Contact Center. The role focuses on enhancing customer support through virtual assistants, intelligent routing, and NLP models across various communication channels.
Responsibilities
Design and implement AI solutions using Dynamics Contact Center, including voice/chat virtual assistants, sentiment analysis, and intelligent routing
Develop/maintain NLP models for analyzing customer interactions; integrate with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, websites, and mobile apps
Collaborate with IT, customer service, and data teams to identify automation opportunities and optimize AI performance
Leverage ML for predictive analytics, personalized interactions, and call volume reduction; monitor models for accuracy and responsiveness
Document all work per Commission standards (designs, test plans, impact analysis); maintain relationships with stakeholders and vendors
Stay current on AI trends and adhere to all policies while working independently on assigned tasks
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
5+ years in AI/ML development, ideally in customer service/contact centers
Strong Python skills; proficiency in ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and NLP tools (spaCy, Hugging Face, NLTK)
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics Contact Center (Copilot Studio, Azure AI services) and Azure cloud deployment
Preferred
Voice AI/speech-to-text experience
Knowledge of customer analytics, omnichannel strategies, real-time processing (Kafka, Spark)
Familiarity with Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, Amazon Connect, SAP, or ITIL/ITSM
