Responsibilities
Design, build, test, and deploy UiPath workflows using REFramework and best practices
Automate web, desktop, internal/external systems, APIs, Excel, PDF, OCR, and data-entry processes
Implement exception handling, logging, queue-based automation, and robust error management
Develop reusable components and modular automation solutions for scalability and maintainability
Participate in process discovery and automation feasibility assessments
Translate business requirements and process maps into technical designs and Solution Design Documents (SDDs)
Work onsite with business teams to validate logic, test workflows, and troubleshoot issues in real time
Support UAT, defect resolution, and continuous workflow refinement
Monitor and manage automations in UiPath Orchestrator, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize performance
Maintain version control and deployment pipelines using Git and Azure DevOps
Qualification
Required
5+ years of hands-on UiPath development experience (contractor or consultant preferred)
Strong working knowledge of UiPath Studio
Strong working knowledge of UiPath Orchestrator
Strong working knowledge of REFramework
Strong working knowledge of Queues, Assets, and Triggers
Experience with Oracle or SAP automation, API integrations, SQL queries, and OCR / Document Understanding
Ability to work independently with minimal guidance in a customer-facing, onsite environment
Strong debugging, documentation, and communication skills
Must be comfortable working onsite full-time with business and IT teams
Preferred
UiPath Developer Advanced or UiARD Certification
Experience with Power Automate, AWS automation services, or Python scripting
Knowledge of CI/CD practices, code reviews, and automation governance
Experience supporting automations in enterprise-scale environments
