Responsibilities

Delivering value to members and clients via clinical and financial outcomes
Financial performance of the product (revenue and op income) including supporting commercialization, marketing and sales strategies
Maintaining competitive value prop and features in a dynamic market via strategic planning (roadmap, market expansion, etc.)
Day-to-day operations of product that is available to millions of members and hundreds of clients
Executive communications and updates on outcomes and roadmap

Required

8 + years of related work experience with a demonstrated record of increased responsibility
Bachelor's Degree required; may consider comparable work experience

Preferred

Experience with care management program/product design; pharmacy benefit management
3+ years of health care strategy experience preferred
Strong quantitative, analytical, critical thinking, and written and oral communication skills
Experience directly leading teams of 2 or more; experience leading accountable initiatives through partnerships with 5+ partner-teams
