They are seeking a Clinical Customer Service Representative to coordinate patient equipment needs, manage schedules, and facilitate communication between patients, clinicians, and insurance partners.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with patients, physicians, therapists, insurance companies, and referral sources regarding medical equipment needs
Obtain all required documentation and authorizations for equipment coverage
Support clinical staff with scheduling, patient set-ups, routing communication, and workflow optimization
Assist with respiratory-related discharge coordination
Adhere to established company procedures, policies, and safety standards
Perform data entry, documentation review, and general administrative support
Participate in training, shadowing, and role-play sessions to learn equipment and systems
Complete additional duties as assigned

Required

Strong customer service and communication skills (phone and in-person)
Accurate data entry and administrative abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office systems
Ability to work professionally with diverse groups—patients, clinicians, and referral partners
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a patient, calm demeanor under stress
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. frequently and 50+ lbs. occasionally
Ability to learn new technologies and equipment quickly

Preferred

Previous healthcare, home medical equipment, or clinical support experience preferred
Flexibility to train for 2–6 weeks at Renton and/or Everett clinics is highly preferred due to availability of experienced trainers
