Responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs, create job descriptions, create interview and competency planning, and formally kick off the hiring process for the job requisition
Utilize creative sourcing techniques to identify and attract qualified candidates through job boards, recruiting and social media platforms, networking and other channels
Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills and values add for the open role
Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process including resume review, pipeline management, sourcing and outreach, schedule, phone interviews, candidate on-site interviews, extending job offers, etc
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process
Communicate effectively and timely with all candidates in our hiring process, and maintain accurate records throughout the selection process
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement recruitment strategies, initiatives and best practices to attract and retain top talent
Maintain accurate candidate records within Greenhouse to generate recruitment reports to track key performance indicators
Be a champion of change to effectively manage and shift priorities as the company and departments change within their hiring needs

Required

2-4+ years experience as a Recruiter within a hyper-growth tech company, ideally with in-house experience
1-2+ years experience utilizing recruitment tools such as Greenhouse (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter
Demonstrated expertise hiring qualified candidates at all levels throughout all departments including but not limited to Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Product, Engineering, etc
Proven recruitment expertise through the experience of managing the full recruitment cycle of multiple requisitions at any given time, with an emphasis on a top-notch candidate experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build strong relationships with candidates, conveying job opportunities effectively, and collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders
Detail oriented and highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills with the ability to follow processes and procedures
Genuine passion for developing and engaging with diverse talent pipelines, and the ability to approach talent acquisition from a strategic level to ensure the best fit for each role
