Responsibilities

Support product vision, roadmap, and growth initiatives

Translate product roadmap features into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria

Act as a product expert for users, providing creative solutions to use cases

Monitor and evaluate product progress, recommending improvements

Mitigate impediments to ensure successful completion of Release/Sprint goals

Serve as customer proxy for development teams and manage stakeholder expectations

Develop and maintain documentation for systems, interfaces, and processes

Partner with cross-functional teams to assess impacts of system changes and integrations

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst

Strong understanding of IT systems and business process flows

Ability to read and interpret code for impact assessments

Proficiency in SQL; familiarity with AWS and Google Cloud

Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and facilitation skills

Strong communication skills for working with both technical and business stakeholders

Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Experience with digital marketing operations and healthcare provider data

Familiarity with Power BI or other BI tools

Knowledge of data governance and data management practices

Exposure to Python

Understanding of PII compliance and confidentiality standards

Certifications such as Scrum, ITIL, or Six Sigma
