Responsibilities
Candidate will be working from concept through to manufacturing for the design of aircraft electronic boxes that hold electronic controls for landing gear, cargo doors and wing flap operation
Candidate will be responsible for working with Electrical Engineers and designing a chassis that will fit the proverbial 20 lbs of potatoes into 5 lb bag
The aluminum and sheetmetal cabinet will measure 6' wide, 6' in wide and deep and house electronic circuits, PCB's and other electronic components
Candidate will also work with Thermal and Structural analyst in providing information and getting feedback for the completion or redesign of components
All designs will be completed using UG NX
Candidate will need to have experience with TeamCenter as well
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree in engineering
5+ years of working experience
Experience in the aircraft, aerospace or automotive industries
Experience with UG NX
Experience with TeamCenter
