Responsibilities
Make recurring journal entries to the general ledger
Reconcile balance sheet accounts, including the intercompany account, monthly to ensure transactions are accurately recorded
Perform cash reconciliations
Prepare all accounting schedules as requested by the Accounting Manager
Perform monthly P&L review and analysis
Assist in resolving any issues on customer billings
Complete ad hoc requests as necessary
Practice and promote teamwork at all times. Set a good personal example of attitude and performance
Ability to work independently and resolve problems as they arise
Monitor all working area conditions and equipment to ensure they are within corporate standards for cleanliness, proper maintenance and safety
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline required
Strong excel skills required
Preferred
1-2 years of accounting experience preferred
