Responsibilities
Maintain existing .Net applications to support a growing automotive manufacturer
Develop new solutions as needed based project requirements and company initiatives by utilizing SQL, C#, and .NET
Analyzes existing computer program logic to determine the best method of accomplishing required changes
Ensures applications are security, confidentiality, and privacy of information compliant
Utilizes GitHub online for source control
Collaborate with Production and Engineering teams to establish efficient processes
Improve troubleshooting methods by providing technical guidance to other IT staff
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in application development
Gather, analyze, and draw conclusions from diverse data sets to identify problems and contribute to decision-making in service of secure, stable application development
Support and ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and business continuity policies, procedures and international standards associated with such management systems
Qualification
Required
C#
SQL Server
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred
Java not required, but a plus
Linux experience not required, but a plus for opensource initiatives
