Patient Monitoring Sales Specialist

Interactive Resources - iR is seeking a Patient Monitoring Sales Specialist. The role involves developing business plans, identifying sales opportunities, and collaborating with key opinion leaders to promote hemodynamic monitoring products.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective territory-level business plans by analyzing data, conducting environmental scans, identifying opportunities and risks, creating account and customer plans, and aligning with national strategies
Identify, validate, and develop new sales opportunities through customer mapping and identifying necessary resources to capitalize on these opportunities
Collaborate with local Key Opinion Leaders and influencers to stay informed on the latest hemodynamic monitoring (HDM) research, trends, and competitive activities
Foster customer advocacy to ensure HDM products are recommended and used for appropriate patients
Utilize and maintain the CRM tool to monitor progress and adjust investments for optimal alignment with identified opportunities

Qualification

Sales experienceMedical device knowledgeHemodynamic monitoring knowledgeCustomer advocacyCRM proficiency

Required

Minimum 4 years of successful sales or related business development experience in the medical device industry
Travel may be required outside of the designated Region / Area
Valid full driver's license & safe driving record is required

Preferred

Knowledge of hemodynamic monitoring an advantage
