Provides comprehensive and detail-oriented support to the administrative suite

Responsible for office coverage
Ordering supplies
Answering and directing phone calls
Managing files
Coordinating and supporting sponsorship-related activities
Serving as a primary liaison between sponsors and internal stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and partnership management
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
Three (3) to five (5) years of assistant experience to be able to perform the essential responsibilities of the job
Experience in hospital or health care setting
Experience in sponsorship, partnerships, or event coordination
