Responsibilities

Be the face of OMS360 in your market, building genuine, long-term relationships with dentists, office managers, and clinical teams
Own referral growth across your territory through consistent, in-person engagement
Execute a disciplined visit cadence that drives awareness, trust, and referrals
Position OMS360 as the preferred oral surgery referral partner through education and service excellence
Activate new referring offices while expanding and strengthening existing partnerships
Identify referral gaps and opportunities and take decisive action to drive growth
Support and coordinate CE programs, lunch-and-learns, and in-office education
Confidently communicate OMS360’s clinical capabilities, service standards, and referral processes
Stay attuned to local market dynamics, referral patterns, and competitor activity
Use data and tools to prioritize accounts and maximize territory performance
Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up in required systems
Represent OMS360 professionally at community events and industry functions

Required

Experience in healthcare, dental, or medical sales, referral development, or practice relations
A proven ability to build strong relationships and grow accounts over time

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience
