Responsibilities
Assisting in recruitment coordination – resume reviews, sourcing, interview scheduling, offer creation, onboarding
Completing special projects as necessary and capable and having the ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently
Tackling any problems that arise in a creative, organized, and productive manner
Utilize Lever our applicant tracking system (ATS) for talent acquisition needs & paylocity our onboarding / payroll platform for any HR needs
Assist with onboarding process including new hire orientation and documentation
Assist with ATS maintenance and reporting
Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in all interactions with others in order to represent the organization professionally at all times
Qualification
Required
Completion of a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field
Ability to work 40hrs per week during the internship term
Strong business insight and continuous improvement skills
General knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Ect.)
Preferred

Are a creative problem solver and have the ability to listen and understand a process before recommending improvements
Are technically proficient and utilize technology in efficient ways
Have outstanding social skills and the ability to function well independently or within a team
Are a self-starter with the ability to be productive and organized
