Lead Financial Advisor
The Well is a recruiting solutions company seeking a Lead Financial Advisor to join a team-oriented culture focused on holistic financial planning. The role involves leading discovery calls, presenting at workshops, and delivering tailored plans for clients, all while collaborating across teams to provide high-touch client service.
Responsibilities
Lead discovery calls, strategy sessions, and client onboarding
Present at workshops and webinars—no prospecting required
Deliver tailored plans for pre-retiree and mass affluent clients
Collaborate across teams to provide high-touch client service
Qualification
Required
Series 65 (or Series 7/66) + Life/Health Insurance License
5+ years in financial services, sales, or client advisory
Organized, relational, and ready to make an impact
Proof of gathering 15-20M per year in assets
Experience closing new business, not just servicing existing business
