Sr. Technical Program Manager, Global Professional Services Security
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a passionate Technical Program Manager to drive global security initiatives within their Global Professional Services Security team. Responsibilities
Work across teams to architect, manage, and deliver programs at scale globally
Provide operational support to ProServe Security mechanisms
Provide program level change, communications and training
Support Engagement Security mechanism owners with frameworks
Synthesize data to formulate program strategy
Develop mechanisms for program-level security reviews
Influence senior leaders across AWS
Demonstrate strong communication skills
Inform metrics and KPIs
Collaborate with AWS Security
Work across embedded Security teams to develop content
Qualification
Required
5+ years of technical product or program management experience
7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
3+ years of software development experience
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
5+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience
This position requires that the candidate selected be a US Citizen
Preferred
5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
