FP&A Manager
LHH is partnering with a fantastic organization in the non-profit space to support their need for an Interim FP&A Manager. This position involves managing a team of analysts to prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts while supporting process improvements.

Responsibilities
Manage team of 4 analysts and oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
Prepare, consolidate and analyze P&Ls across various departments
Work with team to support process improvement
Identify additional reporting needs and collaborate with reporting team on further development
Provide ad-hoc analytical support as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field is required
7+ years of relevant experience
Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, v-lookups
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline driven environment
Preferred
Prior non-profit experience is strongly preferred
Prior working knowledge of NetSuite is a huge plus
MBA or CPA is a plus
Creating macros is a plus
