This role involves selling services, making outbound calls, and managing appointments.

Responsibilities
Sell full sets, refills, upgrades, retail & memberships
Make daily outbound calls, texts & emails to leads
Follow structured follow-up cadences
Convert first-time visitors into long-term members
Book appointments in person, by phone & through CRM
Deliver a luxury guest experience from check-in to checkout
Support lash artists and maintain a clean, organized front desk
Qualification
Required
Sales-driven mindset — non-negotiable
Experience in sales, front desk, retail, hospitality, fitness or beauty
Comfortable with outbound calling and closing
Strong multitasking & communication skills
Able to work evenings & weekends
