Responsibilities
Perform on-site service, diagnostics, and repair of CNC machines
Install, commission, and start up new CNC equipment
Conduct preventive maintenance and machine inspections
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues
Identify root causes of failures and implement corrective actions
Provide technical support and guidance to customers
Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate documentation
Communicate effectively with customers, service managers, and engineering teams
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2+ years of experience as a CNC Service Technician (required)
Strong understanding of CNC machine mechanics, electrical systems, and automation
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation
Hands-on troubleshooting experience in a field service environment
Willingness to travel to customer sites
Valid driver's license
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Preferred
Experience with CNC control systems such as Fanuc, Siemens, or Heidenhain
Background in machine tools, manufacturing, or industrial automation
Technical English proficiency for documentation and customer communication
