This foundational role involves managing a team of legal analysts and improving AI-driven case generation models while building a system to support litigation against unethical corporate practices.

Responsibilities

Develop and refine frameworks for identifying and prioritizing new mass arbitration and mass action opportunities
Build scoring systems to evaluate case viability, including legal precedent, defendant exposure, and ability to pay
Assess macro and regulatory shifts that may create new enforcement opportunities
Operate AI-powered case generation models and organize structured feedback to improve model performance
Own sourcing, qualification, prioritization, and tracking of prospective mass action cases
Define and manage key performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, time-to-handoff, throughput)
Design and improve systems to scale case origination and legal analysis
Manage and grow a team of legal analysts, including workflow design, quality standards, training, and performance management
Partner closely with Marketing, Legal Operations, Data, and Engineering teams to scale workflows and improve AI models
Collaborate with partner law firms to support case handoff and gather ongoing feedback

Qualification

Required

JD or equivalent legal background required
5+ years of experience in a legal or legal-operations role; startup experience strongly preferred
Demonstrated project management and team leadership experience
Experience building frameworks for case selection and evaluation

Preferred

Experience with mass arbitration, mass actions, or complex litigation is much preferred
Exposure to operating, improving, or providing feedback on AI/ML models is a plus
