Responsibilities
Ensure a strong, trust-based relationship between employees and the company
Keep a “finger on the pulse” of the organization and promote company culture through employee interactions, our hiring process and other HR related activities
Establish relationships with employees at every level in the organization - earn their trust/confidence and respect
Develop and oversee HR policies, programs and compliance
Lead organizational development, workforce planning and succession strategies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field
Minimum 10 years of HR experience
Experience leading a team
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Expert knowledge of HR strategy, compliance and organizational development
Experience leading teams and contributing to strategic planning
Employee Relations
Ability to manage various types of employee transitions and disciplinary situations in accordance with relevant laws and regulations
Focuses on culture and doing the right thing for the workforce
