Account Executive
MSH is a publicly traded S&P 500 technology company that’s transforming how businesses manage HR, payroll, and workforce operations. They are seeking an Account Executive to own and close new B2B business, sell directly to C-level decision makers, and manage a full-cycle sales pipeline.
Responsibilities
Own and close new B2B business in your assigned territory
Sell directly to CEOs, CFOs, HR Directors, and executives
Prospect and develop companies with 50+ employees
Run in-person sales meetings, demos, and closing conversations
Manage your own full-cycle sales pipeline
Close deals and support clients through implementation
Build long-term relationships with business leaders
Travel up to 25% to meet with clients
Qualification
Required
Experience in B2B sales or a highly competitive sales environment
A history of exceeding quotas and performance metrics
Strong presentation, negotiation & closing skills
Confidence speaking with C-level executives
A consultative, solution-based selling style
High energy, drive, and resilience
Must be authorized to work in the U.S
This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship or OPT/CPT
Preferred
Bachelor's degree (business or sales preferred)
Sales internships, collegiate sales programs, or full-time B2B experience are all accepted
