Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
Respond to customer inquiries efficiently
Resolve customer issues and concerns
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Accurately process customer orders in a timely manner
Create and distribute packing lists and invoices
Monitor and maintain the defect log
Stay current on product offerings, company policies, and procedures
Provide accurate information to customers and internal teams
Maintain customer files and records
Process literature requests
Prepare and distribute daily sales reports
Work closely with purchasing and sales teams
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach
English fluency required for safety purposes
Background check required
