ATM Operations Lead / Coordinator

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary operational expert for ATM services, supporting daily operations, incident management, and strategic initiatives
Lead proactive monitoring of ATM systems, alerts, and incidents to ensure high availability and performance
Coordinate timely detection, escalation, resolution, and recovery of operational issues and outages
Oversee recovery operations and root cause analysis following system or service disruptions
Drive process improvement, optimization, and re-engineering initiatives across ATM operations
Support and coordinate unit and user acceptance testing for new or enhanced systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions with existing applications and ensure system compatibility
Provide expert input into ATM analysis, design, and operational enhancement efforts
Ensure adherence to operational standards related to system integrity, security, fraud mitigation, change control, and performance management
Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, leadership, vendors, and service providers
Develop and maintain clear documentation, tools, and knowledge resources to support operational continuity
Contribute to enterprise projects, task forces, and continuous improvement initiatives
Perform additional duties as required to support operational goals

Required

Advanced experience in ATM operations, ATM lifecycle management, or related financial systems operations
Proven leadership experience with the ability to exercise sound judgment and influence outcomes
Strong expertise in incident management, monitoring environments, and operational performance optimization
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex operational issues and recommend effective, data-driven solutions
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives, projects, or operational improvements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong stakeholder engagement capabilities
Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills
Ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, leadership, vendors, and external partners

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Technology, or a related field
2+ years of experience managing operational or technical teams
Experience supporting 24/7/365 operational environments
Working knowledge of banking or financial services industry standards and practices
Experience leveraging monitoring data to reduce downtime, improve reliability, and enhance customer experience
