Responsibilities
Manage and service complex commercial insurance accounts
Remarketing accounts when necessary
Process policy changes, including vehicle changes
Handle claims reporting and follow-up
Respond to billing inquiries and coverage questions
Attend in-person renewal reviews with clients
Develop strong, lasting relationships with customers through attentive and gracious service
Collaborate effectively with carriers; experience with our carriers is a plus
Qualification
Required
Active insurance license required
Proven experience managing commercial lines accounts
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
High ethical standards and professionalism
Positive, patient demeanor with a willingness to go the extra mile for clients
Warm, approachable, and easy to work with
Preferred
Experience with our carriers is a plus
