Responsibilities
Operate and optimize the current-state RCM environment, which includes approximately multiple distinct practice management (PM) and billing systems, ensuring continuity, compliance, and performance
Develop processes to improve performance and metrics to provide visibility into improvements and opportunities
Lead the design, transformation and enterprise transition to a single, standardized PM/RCM platform, including future-state operating model definition, change management, and sustained value realization for RCM
Qualification
Required
Senior enterprise leader experience in revenue cycle management (RCM)
Experience managing multiple distinct practice management (PM) and billing systems
Ability to ensure continuity, compliance, and performance in RCM
Experience in developing processes to improve performance and metrics
Strong operational rigor and systems thinking
Ability to lead through complexity and change
Experience in protecting current cash flow
Experience in designing and transforming RCM platforms
Experience in change management and value realization for RCM
