Responsibilities
Conduct quantitative evaluations of capital projects and communicate results to support decision-making and risk analysis
Perform project-based analyses using NPV, payback, IRR/ROI, and cash flow models
Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to gather data and validate assumptions
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to support business objectives
Monitor and review project delivery and financial performance, assisting teams in overcoming challenges and identifying opportunities
Lead projects when necessary
Support budget planning and resource allocation with economic justifications
Ensure project documentation complies with company policies and regulations
Coordinate and manage project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
Develop and implement project plans, defining scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines
Lead strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives and timely, budget-compliant delivery
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Economics
Will accept bachelors degrees in Finance or Accounting
Strong background in chemical manufacturing
Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
