Akkodis is seeking a Data Management Associate II - Data Governance & Cataloging to support and strengthen their enterprise data platform and reporting ecosystem. This role will focus on ensuring data quality, governance, reliability, and trust across the organization, collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to enable high-quality data for analytics and reporting.

Responsibilities

Support enterprise reporting tools including Power BI and Tableau

Drive the technical implementation, adoption, and ongoing usage of data governance tools

Define, manage, and enhance data governance strategy, policies, and best practices

Ensure high data quality through proper data cataloging, metadata management, and data lineage

Validate data accuracy and consistency across multiple data platforms

Partner with business and technical teams to enable governed, reliable data for analytics

Support and help initiate AI and CCI initiatives by ensuring trusted and well-documented data assets

Required

5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Governance or related roles

Strong understanding of data quality, data cataloging, and data lineage

Proven experience managing and working with data governance tools

Ability to operate effectively in a technical, data-driven environment

Bachelor's degree required

Preferred

Experience with Atlan (strongly preferred)

Experience with Monte Carlo

Background working with enterprise data governance platforms and tooling
