Responsibilities
Experience providing Level 1 IT support, including password resets, email troubleshooting, and general end-user support
Hands-on experience working with ticketing systems
Currently using ShareWell, with a transition underway to Freshworks
Experience supporting a manufacturing plant environment; Closest plant is approximately one hour away and supports 500-600 employees
Positive attitude with a willingness to work hard and be a strong team player
Comfortable working directly with internal employees at all levels
Adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic, hands-on support environment
Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
Qualification
