Responsibilities

Lead after‑sales service operations for the U.S. and Canada

Manage and mentor a team of 5–7 service professionals

Oversee workload planning and workflow in a high‑volume workshop environment

Support dealers with advanced diagnostics—mechanical, hydraulic, electrical

Collaborate with headquarters and global teams on technical communication

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and service performance metrics

Review engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical data

Ensure consistent use of diagnostic tools, ERP systems, and documentation platforms

Travel as needed to dealer locations, industry events, or global facilities

Qualification

Required

10+ years of experience as a service technician in agricultural or construction equipment

Strong background in distributor networks or mainline construction/plant machinery service

Advanced knowledge of hydraulic & electronic control systems

Advanced knowledge of engines, transmissions, and tractor systems

Advanced knowledge of auxiliary equipment (loaders, implements, etc.)

Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation

Experience with MS Office, diagnostic tools, and ERP systems

Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills

Preferred

Second language skills (Italian or Spanish) are a plus
